The fan experience is at the heart of its vision and the format offers a brilliant path for innovation.
And NFL bosses will notice the brilliant camera angles on offer.
One social media clip of a Kevin Austin Jr touchdown in the Birmingham Stallions’ game against the St. Louis Battlehawks, filmed by a drone, left viewers salivating.
“Bring this to the NFL immediately,” one responded.
“The NFL needs to implement this. The UFL has more things focused on entertainment and fan interest, but the NFL has the funds and player talent to be superior,” added another.
“Crazy, insane move,” commented a third.
But not everyone was on board.
“Too close,” said one.
