BRITTANY Mahomes gave an update on her recovery from a brutal back injury.
The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick, Brittany revealed in early March that she had suffered “a broken back.”

Brittany, 28, revealed her injury through a selfie shared to her Instagram Stories.
In addition to making her injury public, the mother of two also took the opportunity to share some health advice with other moms.
“Just your daily reminder: When you have kids, take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” Brittany captioned the photo.
“From: A girl with a fractured back.”

The pelvic floor can become weakened as a result of pregnancy and childbirth, according to the Mayo clinic.
Composed of muscles, the pelvic floor supports the uterus, bladder, large intestine and intestines.
Brittany later followed up with another light-hearted post about her stories of her daughter Sterling holding hands with dad Patrick, as per AND! News.
“But maybe going on vacation with my friends will make things better?” she suggested.

It is not known exactly how Brittany hurts her back.
Fortunately, it appears that Brittany has progressed well in the two months since going public with her injury.
“I’m doing great,” she told E! News.
“I’m living my best life. My back isn’t broken anymore, so that’s good.”
In fact, Brittany’s recovery has been going so well that she’s even been able to return to training at the gym.
“I’m finally fully recovered and back doing the things I’ve always been able to do,” she said.

“I’m taking care of my health.”
Brittany attributed the drive behind her quick recovery to her desire to stay “active and healthy for my kids and my dogs.”
She and Patrick, 28, have two children, Sterling Skye, three, and Patrick Bronze Lavon III.
The young family also has two dogs, Steel and Silver.
Injury aside, 2024 was a big year for Brittany, who not only cheered Patrick on as he won his third Super Bowl, but also starred in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.
