NFL legend Jason Kelce will make his ESPN broadcast debut this upcoming season.
The now 36-year-old former Philadelphia Eagles center retired after 13 seasons in February.

It was announced in May that Jason was joining ESPN, where he would line up alongside Scott Van Pelt, Marcus Spears and Ryan Clark on Monday Night Countdown.
Jason will earn $1.8 million annually from ESPN, which includes a $1 million signing bonus, the source told The US Sun.
However, a potentially problematic issue arose during the earlier period. recent episode of the New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis.
Among the games Jason will cover this season on ESPN will be the Houston Texans at the Dallas Cowboys on November 18th.
A fierce divisional rival of the Eagles, there is no love lost between Philly and Dallas – something that seems to apply to Jason.
Although he assured Travis that he has “no prejudice,” he admitted to not liking the Cowboys.
“But I’m going to support them,” Jason added, before saying he hates the Dallas fan base.
“I was at a charity golf game and there was this kid and he said, ‘Hey, I’m a Cowboys fan,’” Jason recalled.

“I was like, ‘Oh, you’re from Dallas?’ And he said, ‘No, I’m from Philadelphia.’
“You are a [Los Angeles] Lakers and a [New York] Yankees fan too? Like, what are we doing?
“We’re just picking whatever team we want; that’s where we are?”
Another potentially tough game for Jason could be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Travis’ Chiefs on November 4th.
“Of course I’m going to be biased in terms of who I’m rooting for,” Jason admitted in a recent New Heights Podcast.
“But in my analysis, I definitely think I can be impartial.”

JASON Kelce watched roast Tom Brady on Netflix like most sports fans.
But the Philadelphia Eagles legend didn’t understand what was going on.
Speaking on his New Heights podcast with brother Travis, Jason said: “It was pure entertainment and I’m really happy they did it, but I just don’t understand what’s going on.
“I don’t know why people do this. Maybe I take myself too seriously.
“It was star-studded – but that said, I didn’t really get it.
“I don’t understand why people bake. I don’t understand why they are a thing.
“’Haha, yeah, my family is ruined, it’s so funny, everyone’s laughing, it’s great, we’re having fun, yeah, right.’”
He later said that while he will “always be rooting” for Philly and Kansas City, “when it comes to sharing sports and football analysis about them, I will always be honest.”
Jason’s first assignment will be to cover the New York Jets’ season opener at the San Francisco 49ers on September 9th.
A week later, he will return home to watch the Eagles play the Atlanta Falcons on September 16.
In total, there will be 23 Monday Night Football games this season.
The last two, scheduled for January 6, have not yet been announced.
