Chiefs return to minicamp next week
The team returned to practicing for Organized Team Activities last month.
Their OTAs were organized into three groups – May 20-22, May 28-30, and June 4-7.
The team will return to the training field for a mandatory minicamp June 11-13.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported: “The Chiefs canceled all team activities today after a reserve offensive lineman had a seizure at a special team meeting and went into cardiac arrest, according to sources.
“The team’s medical team worked quickly, an ambulance was called and the player is in a stable condition.”
ESPN NFL Nation reporter Adam Teicher said: “The Chiefs have postponed practice today following a medical emergency.
“One of their players was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
What to know about BJ Thompson
BJ Thompson, 25, is a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, opposite Stephen F. Austin.
He is a backup defensive lineman and played one game in his rookie season – against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Training postponed
The Kansas City Chiefs postponed practice after defensive lineman BJ Thompson suffered cardiac arrest at the team facility today.
Thursday’s media availability has been rescheduled to Friday, June 7, the N.F.L. announced.
