TRAVIS Kelce has been relentlessly picking The Rock’s brain as he prepares to launch a post-NFL acting career.
The US Sun understands that the three-time Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs tight end recently met with WWE legend and Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson for a Rodizio Brazilian-style barbecue at his Los Angeles apartment to talk about how to break the film industry.
Travis, according to a well-placed source, idolizes The Rock and is desperate to follow suit.
He wants to build a film career as soon as he ends his sporting career – and The Rock is happy to help him realize his dream.
“They have been talking a lot recently,” the source said. “They spent hours at his house talking about their lives, careers and ambitions. The Rock is the person whose path he wants to follow.”
A-LIST AMBITIONS
The US Sun revealed earlier this year that Tinseltown film producers want the Kelce brothers to star in an action film with a budget of $100 million.
Travis is eager to build on his newfound mainstream fame, which has skyrocketed since his relationship with Taylor Swift became public knowledge.
Meanwhile, sponsors are scrambling to work with the 34-year-old – Nike is eager to establish him as the face of its brand in Asia, while Singapore Airlines has approached him and music sensation Cruel Summer with a lucrative ambassador role.
His advisors want him to gain popularity and become a “heavyweight” in the entertainment industry, with forays into films, music festivals, podcasts and TV appearances all on the radar.
HOLLYWOOD HOMEWORK
Travis’ connection to celebrities like Johnson, however, is proving invaluable to his chances of carving out a stellar second career when his time in the NFL comes to an end.

He recently signed a new two-year contract with the reigning Super Bowl champions and is looking to add more titles to his resume before hanging up his cleats for good.
But some serious groundwork is already being laid.
“He came away from this dinner with tons of information and really loves the connection and friendship they are building,” the source said of her relationship with The Rock, who has starred in films like Disney’s Moana, Jumanji and the blockbuster hit. Ballers TV Show.
“You learn from the best in the business, so it’s becoming a ‘sponge’ to collect and get all the information and advice you can from people in that industry.
“The Rock’ is everything Travis dreams of in the industry.”
Travis, the source continued, views Johnson as a friend and a constant source of information and advice.
“Travis asked a lot of questions,” the source added.
“He’s dreaming of becoming the new Rock.”
