PATRICK Mahomes and his wife Brittany have been showing their love for Sporting Kansas City.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has been part of the MLS team’s ownership group since 2021.

He and Brittany — a former soccer star — are also co-owners of the local women’s team Kansas City Current.

And they showed their loyalty by wearing matching t-shirts in clips posted to 28-year-old Brittany’s Instagram Stories.

Mahomes shared a warm hug with star Lionel Messi before Inter Miami’s game against Sporting in April.

Messi scored in the 3-2 victory for Miami.

Mahomes recently did wonders for a coffee brand.

The 28-year-old subtly promoted his latest venture during his Organized Team Activities press conference last month.

He wore a t-shirt that said “THRONE SPORT COFFEE”.

Just hours later, the power of Mahomes was there for all to see as the brand became the best-selling ready-to-drink coffee on Amazon.

“I’m proud to be a part of Throne SPORT COFFEE and to launch and introduce a better iced coffee to the masses,” says Mahomes on the brand’s official website.

“We’ve been working on creating the perfect product for those who are always on the go, looking for a natural energy source with added benefits, and couldn’t be more excited to be on the ground floor of building this brand.”

Throne SPORT COFFEE founder and CEO Michael Fedele told Forbes that Mahomes’ public endorsement provided “a huge impact.”

Mahomes is actually a coffee fan.

“I love coffee. I drink a lot,” he said.

“But I don’t like to add sugar to it. I don’t like putting all the added stuff in there.

“So I wanted to find a healthier version so I could help my body not have that dad bod.”

Patrick Mahomes Endorsements

Patrick Mahomes earns more than $50 million per season from his contract with the Kansas City Chiefs.

But the superstar quarterback also profits from his brand off the field.

Mahomes has a reported net worth of $70 million.

And that’s largely due to some of the brands he endorses.

The Chiefs star is the face of Adidas in the United States and appears in State Farm commercials.

He also appears in advertisements for Subway and Head and Shoulders.

Mahomes also became the face of the Prime energy drink, owned by Logan Paul and KSI.

Mahomes’ favorite restaurant growing up was Whataburger.

And he opened his own franchise in Kansas City.

The dominant quarterback even placed it on Sterling Street in honor of his daughter Sterling Skye.

Mahomes has previously discussed his love of the net with teammate Travis Kelce and brother Jason.

“The burgers are world class and they actually have a variety of things you can buy,” he said on the New Heights podcast when asked what his favorite restaurant is.

“They have the best ketchup I’ve ever had – and as a ketchup connoisseur, that’s high praise.

“Being a kid who grew up in Texas [with] What burger was on the street and mom said, ‘I’m at work, what are you going to make for food?’

“I had to go to Whataburger every other day and I fell in love with it.”
