INDIANAPOLIS Colts owner Jim Irsay sent a new message to his team’s fans as he apparently made progress in his recovery.
The businessman was admitted to a hospital in December after being found unconscious on the bathroom floor of his residence.

Irsay, 64, began providing updates about her well-being on social media a few months later.
But this week, Indianapolis fans got a chance to see the Colts’ owner.
He shared a photo of himself recording a message for Colts icon Dwight Freeney, who will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in August, on Wednesday.
In the photo, Irasy wore a light blue checkered blazer while holding the head of the guitar in his hand.
“Excited for another training camp and celebrating our 40th year in Indy!” the Colts owner captioned the post.
“And of course, I’m excited to induct Dwight Freeney into the Pro Football Hall of Fame!”
And fans loved seeing Irsay seemingly doing well, with some noticing that he appeared to have lost weight.

Irsay later shared a brief video in which he reiterated his enthusiasm ahead of training camp and Freeney’s Hall of Fame induction.
Police documents state that the intervention at Irsay’s home in Carmel, Indiana, in December was caused by a suspected overdose.
But the businessman later insisted that wasn’t the case, saying he instead developed a bruise while “treating a leg injury.”
“It wasn’t an overdose” he said a local TV station in April.
“I don’t know why, when you have your name in the paper in the past, people spread it quickly.
“I don’t pay much attention to it, but I don’t think it’s fair.”
Irsay added: “It’s unfortunate because they don’t really have the information at that speed when you check [someone] to the hospital and it’s an overdose or it’s this or that.
“It wasn’t an overdose. The bottom line was that the leg needed immediate care.”
Irsay said he underwent major surgery to resolve problems with his back and legs, which forced him to remain in the hospital for an extended period of time.
But at the time of the interview, the businessman said that he had been “at home for a long time” and was still in charge of the franchise.
“I want the fans and Colts nation to know that I’m in good shape and… I have my hands on the reins [of the franchise] in a strong way,” he said.
