TRAVIS Kelce has hinted at a potential sporting venture outside the world of football in the future.
While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has previously stated that he has no intention of leaving the NFL behind anytime soon, he recently discussed his love for other sports.
It all started in the last episode of New Heights Podcastwhich Travis co-hosts with his brother and former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason.
The pair were filming the episode at a Philadelphia-themed restaurant in London during their trip to see Travis’ girlfriend and pop sensation Taylor Swift perform.
There, Jason asked his younger brother about recently meeting NHL icon Wayne Gretzky on a golf course in Tennessee.
Travis explained that he was playing a round with LIV Golf star Dustin Johnson and his wife, and Wayne’s daughter Pauline.

There they bumped into Wayne, leaving Travis speechless.
“The big one… I was impressed,” he admitted, much to Jason’s delight.
“There are a handful of people who just took words and left me confused and like I couldn’t even ask him anything or tell him what was going on…
“I’m standing around and I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, it’s Father’s Day, Happy Father’s Day, Wayne!'”

Travis later added that “the whole Gretzky family was amazing”, explaining that he “got to rock it a little” with Dustin and Pauline.
“I learned a few things from DJ on my swing and started drilling fairways. So fucking be careful guys,” he joked.
Whether a future career in golf awaits him remains to be seen.
However, Travis has two big fairway appearances next month.
In early July, Travis and Jason will head to the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament in Edgewood Tahoe.
This will not be Travis’ first attempt at the tournament, which has been held annually since 2020.
As for Jason, this will mark his first attempt as he faces the likes of Davante Adams, Jerry Rice, Canelo Alvarez, Rob McElhenney, Miles Teller and many others from the world of sports and Hollywood.
Elsewhere, Travis and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes were recently invited to join US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau for a round of his Break 50 YouTube series.
‘Well commented personal life’

Travis Kelce was asked about his relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview with Good Morning America.
But the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave a cautious response.
“When you have good family and friends around you, that aspect of life becomes so much easier,” Kelce told GMA.
“I’ve always been a very grounded guy. Maybe it’s not like that when I’m playing football.
“But off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to go too far.
“Because you never know what opportunities are going to present themselves.”
An exact date for this has not yet been announced.
Following Travis’ revelation about his recent interaction with Wayne, he and Jason broached the topic of sports greats who managed to “turn an entire country around their sport.”
For example, Jason cited: “Wayne Gretzky, Michael Jordan, probably eventually Caitlin Clark.”
“Like hockey was never bigger than when Wayne Gretzky was playing it. And it was ridiculous how much the sport grew,” he added.
The two then added Tiger Woods and Michael Phelps to that list, before Travis jokingly added the film character Forest Gump – played by Tom Hanks.
