The shocking move comes just three months after Brady’s Indian Creek Island mansion was seen with exquisite greenery, including shrubs and a vegetable garden.

Several large holes are now visible in the area previously covered in lush grass, with workers seen tending the land.

Yellow tape was also placed at some points.

It’s unclear exactly why Brady decided to destroy the intricately designed grassy area – what his plans are now.

Since retiring from the NFL, Brady has been busy trying to complete construction on his luxury bachelor pad in an exclusive neighborhood known as the Billionaire Bunker.

Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen would live with their children in the exclusive neighborhood.

But after the split, Brady took over the $17 million two-acre lot, while the Brazilian supermodel moved into an $11.5 million waterfront home across the creek.

The homes will be as magnificent as each other, although Brady’s will be much larger at 20,200 square feet compared to Bundchen’s 6,600 square foot home.

The plans for the Brady property led by Fontainebleau Construction consist of a home spread over two floors, including a security building, independent gym, swimming pool and a sports court.

In January 2023, aerial photos showed that the main concrete structures had been erected, while the beginnings of a swimming pool were also visible at the back of the land.

Tom Brady has been tipped to be the next John Madden, with high praise from Fox NFL star Howie Long, who admits ‘I’m mesmerized by him’

Now the project looks more and more like a complete house.

Brady, known for his super-healthy lifestyle, has installed eight rectangular plots with an array of vegetables and plants at the front of the property.

The vegetable garden is next to a pickleball court, which also doubles as a full-size basketball court.

In recent weeks, Brady even posted a photo of himself poolside, complete with luxurious outdoor seating and palm trees.

“Home is where the heart is,” the NFL icon captioned the Instagram photo.

As for the house itself, all the windows and doors appear to be in place, while the various terraces appear to be nearing completion.

At the opposite end of the pool, a large sunken hot tub was built, which will offer incredible views of the creek.

The palm tree-lined pier also appears to have been completed.

This could be a useful feature, given that Bundchen is also renovating a mansion across the creek.

The creek could allow convenient access for their three children to travel back and forth.

Sandwiched between the creek and a golf course, Brady’s new home is surrounded by famous neighbors.

These include names like Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump and Julio Iglesias.

The exact cost of the property is unclear, however, the LLC through which it was purchased in 2020 was approved for a $36 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase, according to the New York Post.
