College football icon Lane Kiffin went from Ole Miss to Young Miss.

Kiffin, 49, is dating Sally Rychlak, who graduated from Ole Miss in 2019.
The couple has been dating since at least February 2023.
They first went public with their relationship last May when Rychlak posted a tribute to Kiffin on his 48th birthday with a series of photos.
“Happy birthday @Lane_Kiffin,” she captioned the post, which included Kiffin holding a huge fish.
“Maybe this will be the year you can beat me in the 40-yard dash.”
Rychlak works as a Major Gifts Officer at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
“Aligning philanthropic intent with institutional need among SMU alumni, family and friends in Northeast markets,” says the job description.
Previously, she worked at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in various development roles.

Rychlak graduated from Ole Miss in 2019 with a degree in marketing.
Kiffin then celebrated National Girlfriend Day last August by posting a photo of herself with Rychlak.
“Happy #NationalGirlfriendDay,” Kiffin wroteadding a blue heart emoji.
“Actually, I think we should just be friends!” Rychlak responded jokingly.
Rychlak also appeared in a second post that day with Juice Kiffin, the family dog who has his own Twitter account.
The couple posted a series of other photos together on social media, including many on fishing boats.
In 2016, Kiffin divorced his wife Layla after 12 years of marriage.
The couple has three children together.

‘After much thought and careful consideration, Layla and I have mutually decided to divorce’ Kiffin said in a statement.
“We are fully committed to making our children’s future our No. 1 priority.
“We will maintain a friendly, mutually respectful relationship as we raise these three wonderful children.”
Kiffin has been the head coach at Ole Miss since 2020 and led the Rebels to an 11-2 record last season.
