NFL star Puka Nacua has revamped his diet during the off-season – because he doesn’t eat fruits or vegetables.
The Los Angeles Rams set several records in their debut season at SoFi Stadium.
Nacua, 23, has emerged as one of the league’s most dynamic and exciting threats in 2023.
A fifth-round pick out of BYU, he appears poised to become one of the Rams’ best draft steals in recent years.
Nacua is 6-foot-3 and tipped the scales last season at 205 pounds.
During the offseason, he has been working hard to sculpt his body alongside teammate Cooper Kupp.
Nacua revamped her diet after admitting she didn’t eat fruit or vegetables.
The wideout started adding watermelon and pineapple in the morning to go with his eggs and bacon, for ESPN.
“That’s how I get some of my fiber and stuff like that, because like, hey, you gotta poop somehow,” Nacua laughed.
“And I’m like, I’m not getting that from any vegetable.”

The Rams have adapted a new menu for the exciting Second-time All-Pro.
“[The Rams have been] I’m still able to set a game plan around the things I like and think, ‘OK, instead of eating fast carbs from fries, what are the things we can do?'” Nacua continued.
“I mean, I don’t really like fruits or vegetables either.
“But finding other ways to get the same nutrients from healthier foods that will benefit me, rather than just being satisfied in the moment.”
Nacua went to the gym at the beginning of the summer with Kupp and already feels like the new diet is paying off.
“I feel like I’ve lost weight in terms of body fat and I feel more grounded at my weight,” he continued.
“I’ve lost a few pounds here and there, but it’s good to see some muscle.

Rams wide receivers coach Eric Yarber reveals he told Nacua to “hold Kupp’s tail” during the offseason.
He hopes the new look will be able to eclipse last season’s receiving totals of 1,486 yards and 6 touchdowns.
“His body is totally different,” Yarber said.
“He looks like Cooper. He lost a lot of body fat and gained a lot of lean muscle mass, which allows him to move more efficiently now.
“And he has better body control. But he did exactly what I said.”
