KANSAS City Chiefs star Travis Kelce revealed how much it cost him to rent a Super Bowl LVIII suite in an appearance on Netflix’s new NFL show Receiver.
The Chiefs tight end scored ultra-premium seats at Allegiant Stadium for his girlfriend Taylor Swift, family on both sides and friends in February.
Kelce, 34, can be seen talking about the suites with San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, 30, in episode 8 of Receiver.
Kittle said “I can’t” when asked by the Chiefs star if his family would watch the matchup from a suite.
“Why are they spending $3 million?” Kelce then asked.
Kittle revealed that he discussed renting a suite with some of his 49ers teammates to keep costs down.
But despite having “a good contract” – a five-year, $75 million deal he signed in 2020 – he decided not to break the bank because of the super-expensive seats.
“It’s just, ‘You guys are going to be fine,’” he told Kelce before shrugging his arms.
Kelce mentioned the exorbitant costs of the Super Bowl trip on the New Heights podcast before the championship game, which the Chiefs would win 25-22.
“I’m actually not doing much different than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come over,” he said.

“Just making sure I’m on top of these finances and losing all this money.”
Suites on the north side of Allegiant Stadium for Super Bowl LVIII cost around $1 million.
A more expensive option was offered at triple the price, but provided fans with a truly unique experience.
It included VIP parking passes and tickets, private amenities and a privileged view of the field.
The suites also came with an impressive selection of food and drinks.
The menu included fried roast beef, seafood stuffed potatoes, surf and turf nachos and Wagyu beef hotdogs.
‘Well commented personal life’
Travis Kelce was asked about his relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview with Good Morning America.
But the Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave a cautious response.
“When you have good family and friends around you, that aspect of life becomes so much easier,” Kelce told GMA.
“I’ve always been a very grounded guy. Maybe it’s not like that when I’m playing football.
“But off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to go too far.
“Because you never know what opportunities are going to present themselves.”
Meanwhile, Kelce recently entertained some celebrities with her antics at the Swift Eras Tour concert in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Comedian Nikki Glaser, who was at the show, said she witnessed the Chiefs tight end running backstage before the show.
“We left early and just saw Travis running through the hallways to get backstage,” Glaser said in a statement. TikTok.
“I’ve met him before [but] I didn’t have time to say anything other than ‘We love you, Travis.’
“And we do.”
Glaser, who took her parents to the event, added that Swift “put on three amazing shows” in Amsterdam.
