Fox’s NFL Live TV Broadcast Teams With Tom Brady Leading After Signing $375M Contract & Greg Olsen’s Future Revealed

WITH the NFL season approaching, Fox Sports is deciding its broadcast lineup.

Tom Brady and Kevin Burkhardt will lead the first team, but there have been big changes to the team.

Brady is replacing fan-favorite announcer Greg Olsen, who is being reassigned to Fox’s B team.

Olsen will star alongside Joe Davis in the network’s two games.

This change created a major shift among the rest of the broadcast teams, who saw a ripple effect of color commentators dropping out.

Fox’s broadcast teams will be as follows:

• Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady
• Joe Davis and Greg Olsen
• Adam Amin and Mark Sanchez
• Kevin Kugler and Daryl Johnston
• Kenny Albert and Jonathan Vilma
• Chris Myers and Mark Schlereth

The team formed by Albert and Vilma is the only one that returned from last season.

All other pairings are new to Fox for the 2024 season.

Sanchez previously worked with Kugler but was promoted to Fox’s third team.

Johnston worked with Davis last year but was demoted to fourth after Brady was hired.

Fox has not yet made any decisions regarding sideline reporters for the season.

Brady signed with Fox after retiring from football, receiving a 10-year contract worth $375 million.

The NFL legend shared that he wants to be great in his new career and is preparing hard for the task.

“You stay on this really crazy treadmill/hamster wheel for a long time, loving the moment, loving the journey. At the same time, it’s a daily struggle, and I have appreciation for so many people who are so committed every day to showing up, putting their maximum effort into their life and career,” Brady said.

“And I think for me, I want to be great at what I do. Even talking last week with the folks at Fox Sports and the leadership there, allowing me to start my opportunity at Fox in the fall of 2024, is a great thing for me.

“Take some time to really learn, become excellent at what I want to do, become excellent at thinking about the opportunity, and make sure I don’t rush into anything.

“I think when people really bet on me, one thing about my career, whether it was when I got drafted by the Patriots or when I signed as a free agent with the Bucs, I wanted to be fully committed and I never wanted to let people down.

“I think that was my biggest motivator. Even in the future I want to be great at what I do and that always takes some time, developing strategies, learning, growing and evolving.

“I have so many people to trust who can also support me in this growth. It will be a great opportunity for me to take some time to really become [great] at my broadcasting job at Fox, which I’m really looking forward to, but also catching up on other parts of my life that need some time and energy.”

Brady will call the Week 1 matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys his first NFL game.
