The Las Vegas Raiders have produced perhaps the best season ticket haul for fans.

With the new NFL season quickly approaching, Raiders fans were in for the most delightful surprises.

The team enclosed this year’s passes in a pirate-themed treasure chest with the Raiders logo.

The unlikely souvenir includes an illuminated treasure map.

As you can imagine, fans dove in head first to give their verdicts.

Many gave their opinion on X, the site formerly known as Twitter.

“This is really fucking cold, I love things like this,” said one fan.

“I can’t stand the Raiders, but this is really cool,” said another fan.

“Wow, to be fair, it’s a great gift,” said a third fan.

“Who thought of that? It’s such a good idea,” said a fourth fan.

Some fans were more cynical, of course, and didn’t praise the team as much.

“This is the only good thing that will happen to Raiders fans this year,” one person said.

Of course, it will be clear in the fall whether those season tickets will feel like a treasure.

The Raiders finished with an 8-9 regular season record last season, not enough to make the playoffs.

Coach Josh McDaniels was fired mid-season, with the team struggling.

Antonio Pierce, who was the linebackers coach, took over on an interim basis.

Pierce was officially appointed in January and there is no doubt he is hoping for improvement in his first full season with the team.
