FANS are celebrating what they call the anniversary of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship.
It’s been a year since Travis Kelce talked about trying to get Taylor Swift a friendship bracelet for the first time on the New Heights podcast.
On Friday, fans pointed out that it’s been a year since Kelce first mentioned Swift on her podcast, which ultimately culminated in their relationship.
“Taylor Swift reached out to Travis Kelce after seeing this clip,” wrote one fan on X.
“Happy 1 year anniversary, my ship.”
In the clip, Kelce detailed how he made a friendship bracelet with his number on it, but couldn’t get it to Swift.

“I was disappointed that she didn’t speak before or after the shows,” Kelce said.
“She has to save her voice for the 44 songs she sings, so I was a little upset that I didn’t give her one of the bracelets I made for her.
“If you watch Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets and I got a bunch of them while there…
“I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it, okay now.”

Travis’ brother Jason laughed at Kelce’s admission before Travis continued to share his disappointment over not meeting Swift.
“She doesn’t know anyone, or at least she didn’t want to know me, so I took it personally,” Travis said.
Of course, things worked out in the end as Travis finally managed to meet up with Swift and they became a couple.
They have been inseparable throughout the NFL offseason, with a source sharing that Travis made sure to spend as much time with her before the season started.
“Travis’ last few shows were bittersweet,” a source told People.
“They knew their time together was coming to an end and he made sure to spend every minute he could with Taylor.”
‘A great escape’
Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid thinks Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift is “a big cop-out
Kelce and Swift have been regulars at each other’s events, and Reid shared that he thinks they enjoy staying out of the spotlight.
“He can handle it. I think there’s a big breakout for him,” Reid told the Athletic.
“I said that about Taylor too. I mean, she comes to the game, she can escape having to be the show.
“And when he goes to her shows, she’s the star and he can be there and be the support or the water bearer.”
They will be largely separated for the next few months, before Swift’s Eras Tour takes a break.
“It’s definitely hard being apart, but they do everything they can to make it work and show up for each other,” the source added.
“They are so in love and very, very happy together.
“All your friends and family can see it.”
Kelce is currently in Chiefs training camp, with preseason games beginning next week.
