GMFB is back this morning – and no one is more excited than co-host Kyle Brandt.
The energetic NFL personality is known for his high-octane delivery, pop culture references and, of course, Angry Runs.

The popular show GMFB was off screen for four months after moving from New York to Los Angeles.
The revamped edition returns at 8 a.m. ET, and Brandt is getting fans excited.
“Monday morning, Good Morning Football is back after 4 months away,” he posted on X.
“Many of you tweeted “Where are you?” “My mornings are not the same” They will be from now on.
“Big show tomorrow on @NFLNetwork, I’m going to put a hole in the ceiling.”
Brandt’s post included a Gladiator GIF featuring Russell Crowe telling his fellow soldier to “unleash hell.”
“The weird part is I think you’re being literal,” one fan commented.
“THANK YOU GAWD!!! I can’t take any more “Super Bowl Classics”,” another added.

“I’m so glad to hear about my cowboys’ ineptitude first thing this morning,” commented one pessimistic Dallas fan.

Current hosts Jamie Erdahl, Brandt and Peter Schrager will be joined by new additions Akbar Gbajabiamila and Sherree Burruss.
And Brandt, 45, promised fans they won’t be disappointed despite the changes.
“By the time the first topic comes up and we yell, ‘The Lead Block,’ and then we start talking about whoever’s at training camp, it’ll be like, ‘Oh, it’s Good Morning Football in a bigger studio,'” Brandt told Deadline.
“That’s my guarantee. We won’t break it. We won’t change it.

Brandt also teased a segment linking the move from the East Coast to the West Coast.
“I don’t want to spoil anything, but let’s just say the four-month hiatus was actually me running around the country like Forrest Gump,” he said.
“I wasn’t at home with my family. In fact, I ran across the United States in the same hoodie.
“I arrived here two days ago and we are going to portray this in the program in some way.”
