PATRICK Mahomes was caught running a new play during Kansas City Chiefs training camp – and fans know when he’ll use it in a game.
The two-time NFL MVP participated in an unusual exercise on Friday.
An X user posted a video of a blindfolded Mahomes spinning around a pole to get dizzy.
The three-time Super Bowl champion was then tasked with launching a soccer on a target in a network.
Surprisingly, Mahomes made two of his three attempts.
The 28-year-old took off his blindfold as fans could be heard cheering him on.

“Preparing Mahomes for the Raiders DL,” one wrote.
“Andy Reid definitely using this play against the Raiders,” another added.
The Chiefs have drawn up several plays against their AFC West rival Las Vegas Raiders of late.
One occurred in the 2022 season, when Kansas City seemingly mocked Las Vegas by running a ring-around-the-rosie play on the Raiders’ home field.
The Chiefs may feel more emboldened to troll Las Vegas this season after a Raiders fan recently dressed up a Kermit doll to look like Mahomes, whose voice was compared to that of the Muppets character.
A clip of rookie safety Trey Taylor at training camp playing with the puppet surfaced and went viral on social media, which has now been deleted.
Mahomes was asked about the video.
“Yeah, I mean, it’s still early in the year. Things like this happen,” he told reporters.
“It will be dealt with when it is dealt with.”
The Chiefs will have their sights set on a Super Bowl three-peat.
The Raiders, meanwhile, will try to win a playoff game for the first time since 2003.
Kansas City will face the Baltimore Ravens on September 5 in the first game of the 2024-25 NFL regular season.
