The Phillies gained a powerful left-handed bat for Tuesday’s matchup against the Mets, but lost another.
Just minutes before the game began, the Phillies announced that first baseman Bryce Harper would be late due to a migraine.
Kyle Schwarber, after missing three games with back pain, returned to the lineup at first.
