Report: Tim Anderson DFA Dropped by Marlins After First Half Struggles originally appeared in NBC Sports Chicago

The Marlins are reportedly leaving Tim Anderson, after just 65 games. According to Craig Mish of the Miami Herald, the team will assign Anderson to the assignment.

Anderson signed a one-year, $5 million contract with the Marlins during the offseason when it became clear that the White socks I wouldn’t hire him again.
