CONOR MCGREGOR has called for Ryan Garcia to be banned for life following his failed drug tests.

The former interim WBC lightweight champion tested positive for the banned performance-enhancing drug Ostarine before and after his shock victory over Devin Haney last month.

Traces of SARM (selective androgen reception modulator) – which can build lean muscle mass – were discovered in Garcia’s final tests before the fight.

Garcia, 25, denied intentionally ingesting the substance, the discovery of which will likely result in his victory being reversed to a No Contest.

But that didn’t stop McGregor from seemingly ending their friendship, asking that he never be allowed to box again.

In a now-deleted X post, the UFC superstar wrote: “Checked the weight and got squeezed, lifetime ban. Sad to see, sad to say. Sad and a little sick.”

McGregor offered words of support to Garcia following his loss to Gervonta Davis last April, but wants nothing more to do with ‘King’ following his positive tests.

He roared, “Don’t come near me if I see you, Ryan Garcia. In fact, I’m disgusted.”

The Notorious then included UFC men’s bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley in his rant, as he had also tested positive for Ostarine in 2018.

He added: “This Ostarine reminds me of Sean O’Malley was also present.

Ryan Garcia crowns $1 million

RYAN GARCIA wore a crown worth $1 million for his walk into the ring before fighting Devin Haney.

The American boxer’s helmet caught the attention of boxing fans before and after his surprising victory.

The 25-year-old made his way to the ring dressed in a white robe and a diamond-encrusted crown.

With 1 kg of gold and more than 400 carats of diamonds, the crown was made by Texas jeweler The Ice Champ.

Garcia’s dress was also made up of 15,000 diamonds and took 10 days to create.

He also said TMZ before the fight: “He said ‘let’s create something where the champion of the boxing world and the champion of the jewelry world connect and do something unique.

“I don’t like this, I’m going to finish you both off, do you want a workout? I’ll book flights right now for both of you for a full workout each.

“Hotel, Black Forge Inn. #letssparomalley and #garcia two little heads from Ostarine, I’m going to ride you two like ostriches.”

WBC super lightweight champion Haney believes Garcia “cheated and disrespected” the sport of boxing with his failed tests.

And the American’s efforts on that fateful night in Brooklyn earned McGregor’s full respect.

“What happened,” McGregor said of Garcia. “What do you think you’re doing?

“If I were Haney’s father, you would be dead no matter what I did.

“What the hell happened to you, you idiot.

“Get your head together because I’m going to crush you with my elbows if you don’t.

“Fair play, Devin, well done. Your performance just became even more heroic! angry.”

The New York State Athletic Commission will await the results of Garcia’s B samples before initiating disciplinary proceedings.

He will likely face an extended suspension if NYSAC finds he intentionally ingested PED, a suggestion he has vehemently denied.

In a clip subtitled: “False News like I’m Donald Trump,” Garcia insisted he already cheated.

“I came here to address this allegation that I cheated,” he said.

“Everyone knows I don’t cheat.”
