UFC light heavyweight champion Alexandre Pereira couldn’t keep his stoic face in a new Topps commercial.
Pereira is the main character in trading card company Topps’ commercial for its UFC Chrome line. Pereira (10-2 MMA, 7-1 UFC) not only smiles, but also shows off some of his English, which he never tries to attempt in media appearances.

From main fight to main character, Pereira has just left his title defense when knocked out Jamahal Hill in the first round of the UFC 300 main fight in April. In just 12 UFC fights, “Poatan” has emerged as one of the UFC’s biggest stars as a two-division champion, with notable victories over former champions Sean Strickland, Israel Adesanya, Jan Blachowicz, Jiri Prochazka and now Hill.
