Khaos Williams vs Carlston Harris Expert Pick and Prediction
The co-main event in Las Vegas features a welterweight clash between Williams and Harris.
While I’m not sure why this is a co-main event, this fight should be exciting while it lasts.
Williams, who knows the knockout well, is a devastating counter-puncher who likes combination blitzes. But given Harris’ finishing ability, I’ll be curious to see how Williams’ takedown defense stacks up.
While an early Williams knockout wouldn’t shock me, the American’s propensity to clinch or follow fighters to the ground makes it difficult for me to pick him here.
Add in the fact that this fight will be in the smaller octagon of the UFC Apex, and I will side with the superior grappler to achieve his victory conditions.
The choice is Harris via submission in the first round.
