But he apparently took a break from fighting camp work last week to enjoy a night out at his Black Forge Inn pub.

Video footage of the event – in which McGregor rocked the dance floor – showed it was rowdy.

This raised concerns from fight fans, despite there being no physical evidence that the 35-year-old broke his self-imposed drinking ban.

McGregor’s festive antics, however, didn’t appear to affect him in his next sparring session – in which he drew blood from one of his sparring partners.

The Dubliner shared a series of photos of himself with the blood of one of his training partners on his gloves and helmet with his 48 million Instagram followers on Monday.

The accompanying caption read: “Fighting, competing, is in my blood. #FightingIrish.”

The former two-weight champion’s legions of fans were quick to comment, with one saying: “Real blood.”

Another said: “Irish beast.”

And another said: “History training.”

Another chimed in: “The Mac was just games the other night. He called. All war tactics.

McGregor, 35, will be welcomed back to the Octagon by fellow fan favorite Michael Chandler on June 29 in the main fight of UFC 303 in Las Vegas.

The fight will be his first since he broke his left tibia and fibula in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier in July 2021.

And he plans to achieve his first victory in FOUR AND A HALF YEARSS with a knockout to the head of former three-time Bellator lightweight champion Chandler.

In a recent interview with James CordenHe said, “I’m the Terminator now.

“I have a titanium rod that goes up to the knee and down to the bone, to the ankle.

“It’s unbreakable.

“I want and will work to land that kick – with that steel bar on my leg – against an opponent and get them out.”
