Netherlands sought to erase the memory of the decision defeat he suffered to Briton Michael ‘Venom’ Page in March.

And the American did it with a sick armbar in the first round that IT HIT the right-hand man of Polish batsman Oleksiejczuk.

Netherlands closed in on the finish moments after being taken down by a big overhand left.

The durable and battle-tested Oleksiejczuk refused to tap out as the blow fully extended his arm.

This led to Holland throwing the punch further, which broke the top of his ulnar bone.

Even after his arm was broken, Oleksiejczuk refused to submit.

Referee Herb Dean eventually intervened to stop Oleksiejczuk from taking any further damage, although the 29-year-old was seething from the stoppage.

MMA fans struggled to process Oleksiejczuk’s refusal to tap, with one writing on X: “How come he didn’t tap?”

And another said: “Damn Kevin Holland!

Conor McGregor parties with his army of ring girls at the club just weeks before his UFC 303 return against Michael Chandler

“A good lesson for Michal Oleksiejczuk: sometimes it’s better to hit.

“It’s always better than a broken arm that’s going to take you out of the game for a while.”

One commented: “Michal Oleksiejczuk is a f***ing MONSTER.

“How do you not hit after your arm is broken!!!??”

Another added: “Michal Oleksiejczuk has the biggest set of grapefruits on the planet.

“The guy’s arm is broken, he doesn’t hit and he’s upset that he can’t keep fighting.”

Seconds after breaking Oleksiejczuk’s arm, Holland jumped out of the cage to celebrate with former President Donald Trump.

Recalling his sensational return to the win column, he said: “When I put him in the armbar for the first time, I heard a pop.

“After that, it didn’t pop anymore, so I thought, ‘I’m going to have to take a complete break.’

“So I kept trying to get the Chihuahua under and give him a good tug underneath. But the guy is just as tough as he is. nails.”

Holland hopes the damage done to Oleksiejczuk’s right arm isn’t too extensive, saying: “This guy hasn’t done anything wrong to me, so I don’t want any harm to come to him.

“I definitely want to win the fight because I like my two checks, but I don’t wish him any harm.

“I hope he’s okay and really isn’t broke because he seemed like a great guy.”
