EDDIE HALL has revealed his incredible body transformation ahead of his MMA debut.
The strong man looks stylish and in excellent shape after adhering to a rigorous training regime.
Hall, 36, took to social media to show off his muscular figure, posing for the camera flexing his muscles.
The 2017 World’s Strongest Man now sports massive abs and has lost a considerable amount of excess weight in preparation for the Octagon.
He shared the seven steps that were key to his new look, claiming he’s never felt better.
Hall wrote on Instagram: “165kg / 360lbs the best I’ve ever felt ”
He then listed what he is doing to stay in perfect shape.
His list started with drinking at least 10 liters of water a day, while eating plenty of meat, eggs and vegetables.
Hall will then swallow fermented foods like cottage cheese, also consuming supplements.
He sleeps at least nine hours a night and trains twice a day.

The brute then admitted that spending time with his family is vital to feeling his best.
Hall will make his MMA debut in Blackburn on June 7th, when he faces the Neffati brothers Jamil and Jamel.
The two are around 5’3 and weigh just 145 pounds each, meaning Hall could weigh more than both of them combined.
Hall will face the duo inside the octagon at the same time, in an event organized by the World Freak Fight League.
The competition will take place over three rounds, although the length of the rounds has not yet been determined.
