RICKY TURCIOS was forced to pay after a disrespectful start to his fight against Raul Rosas Jr at UFC Louisville last night.
Turcios, 31, refused to touch his teenage opponent’s gloves in the Octagon at the start of the first round in Kentucky.
If your teenage opponent touches gloves and you yell “f*ck you” and kick them in the head instead, you better be 1000% sure you will win the fight.

Rosas Jr, 19, approached Turcios at the sound of the bell to touch his gloves before starting the action, in what is a common sign of respect in any MMA fight.
Instead of having a moment of sportsmanship, Turcios appeared to scream “F*** no” in Rosas Jr’s face before immediately trying to kick him in the head.
The Texas-born bantamweight jumped forward and attempted a kick to the teenager’s head, but was unable to make contact thanks to Rosas Jr.’s quick reactions.
And things got worse from there for Turcios, as he was forced to pay for his refusal to touch gloves, ultimately losing the fight to his opponent 12 years his junior.
Rosas Jr put on a dominant display, winning the fight in the second round with a rear naked choke.
It’s Turcios’ second loss in his last three fights, while Rosas Jr has extended his professional record to 9-1-0.
Asked if he was surprised by Turcios’ decision not to touch his gloves, Rosas Jr explained that he expected his opponent’s aggressive approach.
Speaking at his post-fight press conference, he said: “I wasn’t really surprised.

He added that Turcios may have been too emotional to win the fight and his nervousness led him to refuse to touch his gloves.
He said, “Maybe he was [too emotional]. Right away I could tell he was a little emotional and a little angry.
“I think he was nervous, too nervous. That was why he reacted like this.
“I think he didn’t handle the pressure well and I think that’s why he reacted like that.”
