Heavyweights Tybura (15-7 MMA, 8-7 UFC) and Spivac (16-4 MMA, 7-4 UFC) face off in a UFC Fight Night event on August 10th at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Spivac confirmed the news on social media following an initial report from MMA Mania.
Tybura defeated Spivac via unanimous decision in the UFC 169 Fight Night in February 2020, which began a five-game winning streak. Tybura has won eight of his last 10, including a Tai Tuivasa Performance of the Night finish in March.
Spivac is coming off a TKO loss to Ciryl Gane in September. Before that, the 29-year-old submitted Greg Hardy, Augusto Sakai and former title challenger Derrick Lewis.
