ALJAMAIN STERLING surpassed Calvin Kattar at UFC 300 – but did so to a chorus of boos.
The former UFC bantamweight champion moved up to featherweight on the historic pay-per-view card.
And he dominated striking specialist Kattar for three rounds with a dominant grappling display.
But the wrestling-heavy approach didn’t sit well with the paying crowd inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
They didn’t hold back booing Sterling tirelessly and even counted down the final ten seconds of the third and final round.
To his relief, the fight came to an end and Sterling, 34, raised his hand on the scorecards.
But there was no post-fight interview for the New York-born star.
While fans on social media expressed their feelings, one said: “I want a refund for the 15+ minutes I lost fighting Sterling.”
Another added: “Bought the PPV, just watched the Aljamain Sterling fight, so disappointed I feel like a refund would be needed…”
One of them got angry: “The brother needs to be fined 300 thousand for this fight.”

Another fumed: “Maybe a refund is needed after that fight with Aljo.”
But another argued in his defense: “If this dominant performance is boring to you, this is not the sport for you.
“Just stick to bar fights on Saturdays.”
