Are you a lover, not a fighter?

Well, amateur debutant Malcolm Harris apparently it is both.

Harris (0-0) crossed a line rarely crossed in MMA on Friday during a ceremonial showdown for the 247 FC: Fight in the Burgh 21.5 when he kissed his opponent Cam Jenkins (1-0) straight to the mouth during the pre-fight showdown in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

Jenkins, who was surprised like everyone else watching, took a moment to process what had just happened. He then backhanded Harris.

Prosecutor Hunter Homistek kept the situation under control, bearing the brunt of the irate Harris’ pushing and shoving. The fighters calmed down and completed the confrontation before going their separate ways.

The good thing about hate in professional wrestling is that scores can be settled quickly. For those interested in seeing how things play out, 247 FC: Brawl in the Burgh 21.5 takes place Saturday at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, and broadcasts on 247 live.
