With McGregor’s status for a long-awaited return to the Octagon in limbo following his withdrawal from UFC 303 due to a toe injury, Chandler (23-8 MMA, 2-3 UFC) has been the target of criticism for not moving on to an alternative confrontation.

Chandler, 38, suggests a fight with Diaz in Riad Noche UFC Seasonwhich takes place on September 14th at Sphere.
The former three-time Bellator champion was not among the names Diaz suggested for his next move, as the Stockton slugger cited Jake Paul and Leon Edwards as part of his list of targets going forward.
