BBC SPORT presenter Emma Louise Jones shared a brilliant video of her trying out some MMA.
The 34-year-old presenter is best known for presenting football content such as MOTDx and covering matches on ViaPlay.
But on Tuesday she swapped the soccer field for the Octagon as she tried her hand at mixed martial arts.
Emma posted a video of her fighting on the ring floor while learning some basic moves.
She started by pretending to punch the teacher, before he showed her how to put someone into a position of submission.
The broadcaster then switched roles and tried it themselves.
And when the man nodded to confirm that she had done it right, Emma turned to the camera and said, “I did it. So I looked good?”
Along with the video, she also shared a short message for her 343,000 followers on X.
It said: “I’m not sure if I’ll ever be an MMA fighter after this training .
“Get 20% off your @OktagonOfficial tickets for this Saturday in Birmingham.
“See you there (I won’t fight ).”
Reacting to the clip, one fan said: “Did you REALLY wake up this morning and think: I’m going to break the INTERNET TODAY.. Facts…”
Another added: “Tickets sell out if she performs well.”
While a third replied: “I love it when you say…. ‘I’m hurting you’ he’s a damn fighter who’s probably had worse .”
