A host of big stars will be in action, including Tom Aspinall against Curtis Blaydes for the interim heavyweight title and the flyweight fight between Muhammad Mokaev and Manel Kape.

However, Edwards is expected to headline the card as he defends his welterweight championship against Belal Muhammad.

The two men have already faced each other once, but this time it ended disappointingly, as the challenger was forced to withdraw from the fight due to a poke in the eye.

But before the rematch, a clip of Edwards, 32, apparently showing off his sporting prowess went viral among MMA fans.

It starts with Edwards running through a park when you hear a group of young people start yelling at him.

The fighter runs towards them on a basketball court, bringing the game to a halt.

The basketball is then thrown towards the Birmingham fighter, who is dressed in red shorts and a black hoodie.

He starts shooting with his left foot and sends the ball perfectly straight to and through the hoop from about 30 yards away on the opposite side of the court.

Edwards throws his hands up in the air like it’s nothing as the stunned crowd cheers and goes wild.

Home of Fight podcast account X shared the clip and captioned it: “This is the craziest Leon Edwards video ever.”

And fans were quick to comment to hail the superstar – until one eagle-eyed viewer noticed something wrong.

“The guy has insane precision with his legs,” began a surprised fan.

While another wrote: “Throw a basketball, power with the shots.”

After another stated that it was “almost impossible”, that’s when questions began to arise about the use of CGI or AI.

UFC 304

Main Fight Card:

  • Leon Edwards vs. Belal Muhammad (Welterweight title fight)
  • Tom Aspinall vs. Curtis Blaydes (interim heavyweight title fight)
  • Paddy Pimblett v Bobby Green (lightweight fight)
  • Arnold Allen x Giga Chikadze (men’s featherweight fight)
  • Muhammad Mokaev x Manel Kape (men’s flyweight bout)

“There is no chance this is real. It’s almost like winning the lottery,” said one of them.

Another said: “Lol are you going to pretend the ball didn’t disappear after the first bounce?

“Look at the guy in the gray shirt and hat on his arm. You can see the ball… then it disappears.”

A third declared: “The way he hit it, the ball would have spun out of the net.”

While a fourth warned: “Bro can’t use CGI on Saturday night.”
