ABU DHABI – The high-stakes bantamweight main event in UFC on ABC 7 now it’s locked after [autotag]Cory Sandhagen[/autotag] It is [autotag]Umar Nurmagomedov[/autotag] made weight.

At the official weigh-in on Friday morning on Yas Island, Sandhagen (17-4 MMA, 10-3 UFC) and Nurmagomedov (17-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) did their job on the scales by reaching the division limit before programmed. five-round fight with significant stakes in the title fight.

Sandhagen stepped on the scales at 136 pounds, while the undefeated Nurmagomedov registered 135 in his first main event.

Both men are hoping for a title shot against the winner of the Noche UFC main event, Sean O’Malley vs. Merab Dvalishvili, and now the path is clear for them to face each other on Saturday at the Etihad Arena (ABC, ESPN2, ESPN +).
