Reports: DeRozan to meet with Kings in Sac, hear draft pitch originally appeared in NBC Sports Bay Area
One of the Kings’ biggest offseason targets will land in Sacramento this weekend.
Free agent star guard DeMar DeRozan is traveling to meet with the team in Sacramento this weekend, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported Saturday morning, citing sources, adding that the Kings are in a “serious pursuit” for the six One-time NBA All-Star. .
About a week into NBA free agency, DeRozan began one-on-one conversations with several teams, Charania said.

ESPN 1320’s Damien Barling first reported that DeRozan is expected to meet with the Kings on Saturday, which the TNT and Bleacher Report senior Chris Haynes, member of the N.B.A. also reported a few moments later.
