The moment the Faithful 49ers have been waiting for has arrived.

San Francisco gave fans a glimpse of first-round pick Ricky Pearsall in the Red and Gold on Saturday, and the 49ers’ No. 14 uniform certainly suits him well.

The photos are part of the NFLPA Rookie Premiere Event, which kicked off Thursday and helps newbies connect with potential brand partners. Events for the four-day extravaganza included a jersey reveal party on Friday night and a day-long photo shoot on Saturday.

Pearsall was selected by the 49ers in 31st position overall in the 2024 NFL Draft last month, and although the former Florida Gators wide receiver used to wear No. 1 in college, he has changed to number 14 with San Francisco after star Deebo Samuel changed from no. 19 to No. 1 this offseason.

“[The 49ers] gave me the number,” Pearsall told 95.7 The Game on May 1. “That’s what they assigned me to camp for, so we’re going to rock it. We’re going to make it look good. …

“They said this number has no aura, but I’m going to put some aura on it.”

And it looks like that aura has arrived, based on Pearsall’s first glimpse of her new strands.
