The departures of wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis this offseason have set the Bills on a new offensive path heading into 2024.
Offensive coordinator Joe Brady has emphasized quarterback Josh Allen’s role as the centerpiece of that offense when he spoke to reporters this week and other members of the unit are embracing the diverse ways in which Allen will be able to impact games. Wide receiver Khalil Shakir said Brady is always telling them that “everybody eats” on offense and tight end Dalton Kincaid also endorsed the approach.
“The offense will go through so many people this year, it will help everyone,” Kincaid said, via the team’s website.
There were some who thought the Bills offense was too run-heavy last season. It doesn’t look like that will be the case in 2024 and the sentiment around the bills now is that it is a step in the right direction.
