On today’s episode, Charles McDonald is joined by Frank Schwab to predict how the NFL’s six worst teams will do in 2024.

They start the show by reacting to the latest news about two big wide receiver contract extensions. They speculate whether the Cincinnati Bengals will bring Tee Higgins back after this season and address Brandon Aiyuk’s TikTok video saying the San Francisco 49ers don’t want him back.

Afterwards, they discuss the loaded roster for this year’s Hard Knocks coverage. They debate whether the new multi-team coverage format will be more fun than in previous years.

After the break, McDonald and Schwab evaluate six bad NFL teams and whether they can exceed expectations. They cover the Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders, New York Giants, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints. They discuss the top 2024 headlines for each team, like if the Commanders can make the playoffs, if Bryce Young can bounce back from a bad first year, and if the Saints are stuck in purgatory.
