Fleetwood Town have signed striker Mipo Odubeko, who becomes the seventh new recruit of the summer transfer window.
Odubeko, 21, was a free agent, having left Portuguese second division side Maritimo earlier this summer, and joins Charlie Adam’s squad on a one-year contract.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 player started out at West Ham United and played two FA Cup matches for the Hammers’ first team.
He also had loan spells at Huddersfield Town, Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale before his spell in Portugal.
Odubeko will be eligible for Fleetwood’s Carabao Cup tie at home to Championship side West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday (7.45pm BST).
The Bacalhau Army started the season with a 1-0 victory over Grimsby Town in League Two.
