NEWCASTLE have revealed their new away kit for the 2024-25 season with the help of some club icons.
The new strip was launched with a brilliant video on social media, featuring the likes of Jacob Murphy, Joelinton, Sean Longstaff, Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall.
Seven club legends were also involved, including Rob Lee, Shay Given, Steve Watson, Lee Clark, Darren Peacock and Nolberto Solano – who is seen playing the trumpet.
The video ends with David Ginola turning to the camera and saying, “Here’s the journey.”
Fans quickly fell in love with the kit and the announcement, with one person taking to social media to write: “OMG this is the best kit reveal video I’ve ever seen.”
Another commented: “Yes. I love this football club.”
A third said: “Is there a better kit release than this?”
While a fourth wrote: “This is class. What news for the new season.”
Legendary TV presenters and Newcastle superfans Ant and Dec also took to X to react to the launch, writing: “Exquisite .”
Newcastle’s new away kit features navy blue and brown horizontal stripes on the shirt.

It pays homage to the club’s 1995-96 away kit.
A description on Newcastle’s official website reads: “Relive a legendary era with the Newcastle United men’s adidas 24/25 Away Shirt.
“Inspired by the look of our memorable 95/96 strip, the instantly recognizable navy and burgundy colors are unmistakably Newcastle.”
The Magpies begin their 2024-25 Premier League campaign against Southampton on Saturday.
