RASMUS HOJLUND’S reaction to Erik ten Hag’s controversial double substitution against Burnley has emerged.
New images of the attacker were shared on social media after Saturday’s draw.
The Manchester United manager’s decision to withdraw Hojlund and Kobbie Mainoo was met with boos from the Old Trafford fans.
United were still chasing the opening goal when the pair were replaced by Amad Diallo and Scott McTominay in the 65th minute.
A video of Hojlund walking across the field to the dugout was shared.
It shows the Danish international shaking his head with a confused expression after Mainoo’s number went up on the fourth official’s board.
Their reaction was filmed by the fans at Old Trafford, with both players taking their places on the bench after being taken off.
United took the lead through Antony before Zeki Amdouni’s late penalty denied the Red Devils all three points.
The 1-1 draw leaves United sixth in the Premier League, just one point above Newcastle in the race for European qualification.
Ten Hag defended his full-time substitutions, explaining: “I am the coach and I have to decide what the team needs.

“It was a wise and completely logical decision to remove very young players who are in their first year in the Premier League and feel some fatigue.
“They [Mainoo and Hojlund] They’ve both suffered injuries this season and I want to protect them.”
Only Bruno Fernandes scored more than Hojlund for United during his debut season at the club.
The 21-year-old has scored 14 goals this season despite going four league games without scoring before his midweek goal against Sheffield United.
