Erling Haaland is ready to win for the second time in a row Premier League golden boot prize as the title race reaches its final day.

Manchester City will be champions for the fourth year in a row if they beat West Ham United at home, giving Haaland further incentive to increase his record.

Before the final day, Haaland had scored 27 goals in just 30 Premier League appearances – putting the Norwegian five goals ahead of his nearest challengers, Chelsea. Cole Palmer. Newcastle Alexandre Isak has 20 goals in the Premier League, while Aston Villa Ollie Watkins and Bournemouth’s Dominic Solanke are 19.

Haaland scored a record 36 goals in his debut Premier League campaign last season. In total, Erling Haaland scored 63 goals in his first 65 Premier League games – the most by any player in his first two seasons in the division.

And barring a remarkable run of goals elsewhere, a second Premier League Golden Boot award will also be awarded to Haaland.

See how the top scorers are ranked:

27 goals: Erling Halaand (Manchester City)

22 goals: Cole Palmer (Chelsea)

20 goals: Alexander Isaac (Newcastle)

19 goals: Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), Dominic Solanke (Bournemouth)

18 goals: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

17 goals: Son Heung-min (Tottenham), Phil Foden (Manchester City)

16 goals: Jarrod Bowen (West Ham), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)
