Singer Robbie Williams created the initiative in 2006 to help children around the world have the best possible start in life.

Soccer Aid aims to help children escape conflict, malnutrition and disease while accessing education and a generally safe environment around the world.

The charity football match is the biggest in the world and since 2006 has raised more than £90 million in total.

The 2023 tournament was the most successful ever, as it raised a record £14.6 million for UNICEF – a figure Williams and co would love to break this year.

Several big names are already scheduled to compete this year.

This includes Chelsea legends Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard, who return to Stamford Bridge for one last gasp.

They will be joined by Roberto Carlos, David Seaman, Jermain Defoe and many other big names in football.

Fellow sporting stars Usain Bolt and Sir Mo Farah will also take center stage in what promises to be a thrilling dream match as the two runners will compete for different teams.
