FANS have had their say on Joe Hart’s unusual arm tattoos.
The 37-year-old former England number one hung up his boots earlier this summer after a three-year spell at Celtic.
Recently retired, Hart signed up to work as a BBC commentator at Euro 2024.
Ahead of tonight’s England debut against Serbia, the former player spoke to Kelly Somers on the pitch in Gelsenkirchen.
Wearing a green polo shirt, Hart’s arm tattoos were visible to viewers at home.
The 75-game goalkeeper has two black tattoos on his arm, which resemble “armbands”.
Identifying Hart’s tattoos, one fan wrote on social media: “Outrageous Joe Hart tattoos. He looks like a treadmill for God’s sake.”
While a second posted: “I genuinely thought your arm was in a cast or something.”
A third commented: “Looking smart in a goalkeeper top. Ridiculous with civilian equipment.”
And another joked: “I thought it was an injury.”

In 2019, Hart admitted that his new “body armor” tattoos weren’t for everyone.
He wrote on social media at the time: “This is the only time of year I could do this so I appreciate you fitting me in and killing it!

“I’ve put on my armor now… let’s see what’s next.
“It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, I understand that, but it definitely represents me and thank you for making this happen.”
After announcing that the 2023-24 season would be his last as a player, Hart said in February: “Starting in June, I will stop playing professional football.
“This is something I’ve been thinking about for a while. There’s no right or wrong time, but the way this club I’m playing for at the moment works has a lot to do with it.
“There is a lot of heart and soul invested in what we are doing as a football club, with the grand scheme of the club, the support base and the conversations that happen around it.
“Obviously there is talk about the goalkeeping position for next season so I thought it was important with the club’s blessing.
“I’ve had conversations with the club, with Brendan (Rodgers), with Stevie Woods. That if we get the message across, there’s one less thing left for people to have to speculate about.”
