YOUTUBER IShowSpeed told police he was “Cristiano Ronaldo’s son” after being surrounded by fans in the Netherlands.
The social media star – whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr – was broadcasting in Amsterdam when he was mobbed by fans.

Speed and his entourage found themselves on a boat amid fan frenzy when the police showed up to question him.
And that’s when Ronaldo’s superfan told police he was related to the Manchester United legend.
He said, “Wait, listen, I’m like a famous football player, I’m a famous streamer, you know me. Cristiano Ronaldo?
“Yeah, that’s mine… I’m related to him, and I do YouTube, and all these Dutch, German, Dutch people coming after me, ‘Speed! Speed!’
“I’m like, calm down, calm down, get out of the way, get out of the way. And they’re just attacking me, basically I’m like Ronaldo’s son, basically.
“Like, I swear to God, like I have pictures.”
The live feed hits the ground as Speed is removed from the boat by officials.
Speed rose to fame by playing FIFA online and streaming it, while also becoming synonymous with idolizing Ronaldo.
The player has already met his hero and traveled to Germany for Euro 2024 to support Ronaldo in person.
But he launched a foul-mouthed tirade against police when he was prevented from meeting Ronaldo before a match.
The American sat in VIP seats as Roberto Martinez’s side recovered from a dramatic 2-1 victory over the Czech Republic.
Speed, 19, livestreamed his reaction to the game for the entire 90 minutes.
And after the final whistle, the teenager with 25.5 million YouTube subscribers went down to meet his favorite players.
Speed waited in the players’ parking lot for an hour and a half and was on the phone texting Portuguese star Rafael Leão, who agreed to meet him.
But disaster struck for the influencer when he was escorted away by police.
He was told that all fans in the area should leave, and his claims of being in contact with Leão fell on deaf ears.
Speed was taken outside and told to wait there – only for the Portugal team bus to pass by.
He shouted Ronaldo’s name at the coach as he zoomed out of the Leipzig Stadium before turning to the camera as he looked on devastated.
Speed then raged: “See, I missed them because of the damn cops.
“I’m leaving, bro. All these damn cops. I only missed them because of these cops.”
“Stupid officers. He literally told me to wait right there.”
