JACK Grealish is fuming again – after confessing he takes a sauna every night before going to bed.
The Manchester City and England winger is known for his love of a drunken night out, famous for partying for days in his City kit after winning the treble.

But now he has installed a traditional Swedish sauna hut in his £5.6million Cheshire mansion where he lives with Wag Sasha Attwood.
And every night the 28-year-old goes into the garden to spend at least ten minutes sweating out any toxins in temperatures of 110C.
After finishing, he spends another ten minutes sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air.
A source said: “Jack loves to fly into a rage when the time is right and is unapologetic about it. But it seems that as he has matured, he has discovered that there are different ways to pass the time.
“His partner, Sasha, loves health and fitness and they are enjoying being able to go into their personal sauna whenever they want. It’s become his new bedtime routine.”
The Man City star filmed an advert last month with some of his England team-mates.
The winger signed up for a new advertising campaign for Hellman’s mayonnaise.
Sources said the mayonnaise ad would air in the run-up to the Euros in Germany this summer.
A source said: “Jack is a much sought-after man off the field and is the star of a new Hellman’s mayonnaise advert.
“He took part in a video recording alongside other English players in Manchester.
“Details of the footage are being kept under wraps, but it will show Jack and his companions enjoying a squirt or two of the white stuff.”
