Her schedule means she needs to get the kids ready quickly before heading to morning training with Angel City FC.

And she revealed her hilarious method for making sure they’re ready on time – by making them sleep in their clothes the next day.

“It was actually my son who thought of it first,” she said CNBC Do it.

“I was like, ‘This is genius! We’re going to do this all the time. I’m going to do this with your sister.”

“It gets super, super intense. Everyone is intense about it. It’s a very stressful environment and I don’t think it needs to be that way.

“When you’re young, it should always be about the love of the game and having fun.

“Some of my best friends are people I played youth football with.
