Port Vale have signed Lorent Tolaj from National League club Aldershot for an undisclosed fee.

The 22-year-old Swiss striker, who scored 22 goals for the Shots last season, becomes Vale’s fifth signing of the summer.

He follows the signings of the Sutton United defender Sam HartFleetwood striker Jayden StockleyStockport County midfielder Ryan Croasdale and AFC Wimbledon winger Ronan Curtis.

The deal, subject to EFL and FA approval, will officially begin on July 1.
