FULHAM have agreed to sell João Palhinha to Bayern Munich in a club-record £47.5m deal.
The German giants came close to signing the midfielder last summer before the proposed transfer fell through in the end.
Fulham will receive £43m upfront, with a further £4.5m to be paid in top-ups.
This means it will be a club record sale to Fulham, surpassing the £44m Fulham received for Aleksandar Mitrovic from Al-Hilal last year.
Bayern agreed personal terms with Palhinha last month.
He will now undergo a medical at the club for the second time in two years.
Last summer, Palhinha looked set to sign for Bayern for between £60m and £70m.
He even completed medical tests and posed for photos in a Bayern shirt before the deal fell through.
Fulham pulled out of the transfer on the final day after failing to secure a replacement for the Portuguese international.
Manchester United hoped to hijack Bayern’s move for Palhinha.
