MANCHESTER UNITED and Arsenal are ready for a £30m war for Brian Brobbey.
Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag knows the 22-year-old Ajax striker from his time at the Dutch club and is eyeing a summer move.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta also believes Brobbey could be an alternative option to the injury-prone Gabriel Jesus in attack.
Several Italian clubs are also interested in the former RB Leipzig man.
But it is understood the player is set on a move to the Premier League.
Brobbey, who scored 21 goals last season, is part of the Dutch squad for the Euros.
So he is focused on Wednesday’s semi-final against England – knowing he could end up in that country’s top flight next season.
However, Brobbey himself has been quoted in the past as showing interest in such a measure.
And he even highlighted BOTH Prem clubs leading the race.
When asked which team he would choose, he once said: “Manchester United”.

Brobbey said NOS Jeugdjournaal: “Arsenal, I think it’s a very good club. If you look at that stadium. A very good club.
“But this also applies to Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid. I have a contract until 2027. At the moment I’m only at Ajax.”
The Red Devils are even more heavily linked with Brobbey’s international teammate Joshua Kirkzee, who Bologna are fighting a losing battle to keep.
And Slovenia hero Benjamin Sesko is still linked with United and also Arsenal, despite suggestions he is ready to extend his stay at Leipzig.
