Three Scottish teams will take part in the draws for the European qualifiers on Monday.

Scottish Premiership runners-up Rangers will be drawn in the Champions League third qualifying round draw.

Philippe Clement’s team will face Twente, Union Saint-Gilloise, the winner of Lugano and Fenerbahçe’s second qualifying round or the winner of Dynamo Kyiv’s tie with Partizan Belgrade.

Lugano and Dynamo Kyiv play their respective home games on Tuesday, with the second leg in the middle of the following week.

If Rangers lose in the third qualifying round or play-offs, they will enter the Europa League group stage for the second consecutive season.

The draws for the third qualifying rounds of the Europa League and the Europa Conference League will also be held.

Either Kilmarnock or Cercle Bruges will be eliminated and drawn in both draws, with the winner remaining in the Europa League main path and the loser entering the Conference League main path.

The first leg of Kilmarnock v Cercle Bruges on Thursday (7.30pm BST) will be broadcast live on BBC Scotland and iPlayer.

Potential opponents for Derek McInnes’ Killie or the Belgian side include the loser of Belgrade’s Dynamo Kyiv v Partizan Champions League tie and Viktoria Plzen.

Valur or Stephen Robinson’s St Mirren will take part in the unseeded third qualifying round of the Conference League. If the Paisley team overcomes the Icelandic team, they will be one of 52 teams on the main path of the competition, with eight teams on the path to champions.

There will be 13 draws in total in the Europa League third qualifying round, including six in the champions’ path.

Hearts enter the Europa League in the play-off phase, the draw for which takes place on August 5th. Steven Naismith’s team is guaranteed football in the group stage of the Europa League or Conference League.

The Champions League and Conference League play-off draws also take place on August 5th.

Celtic will compete in the group stage of the Champions League, the draw for which takes place on August 29th – one day before the draw for the Europa League and Conference League groups.
